Testimonials

“This workshop created conversations that many teams normally avoid having in the workplace. Sarah made sensitive topics feel approachable, practical, and safe to discuss. I think the team appreciated that the session focused on real-life situations and communication skills they could immediately apply when supporting colleagues or managing workplace stress.”
Sangeeta, Head of Human Resources
“The session felt very relevant to what we hear happening around us in and out of the workplace. The role plays and discussions helped me feel more confident handling difficult conversations if there are any and also understanding mental health challenges without feeling overwhelmed or unsure of what to say.”
Zak, Safety Officer
