As a wellness coach, physiotherapist and Muay Thai enthusiast, Paresh has over 10 years of experience in the wellness industry. He is dedicated to building wellness communities so that businesses and individuals can achieve the best versions of themselves.
He is the founder and CEO of Engage Life that provides comprehensive, customised wellness programs that are fun, measurable and sustainable. They focus on health education and use the science of behaviour change.

As a former Cabin Crew at one of the world’s leading airlines, Vanessa believes that human touch is important in creating a happy environment. Equipped with 10 years of experience in the service industry and having served in premium classes, she is empowered to provide the same premium experience to the corporate world when managing their wellness programs with Engage Life. She is passionate about spreading awareness and the implementation of wellness as an HRD Corp certified trainer after experiencing poor health herself during her flying days.

Today, Sofia manages the public relations and partnerships department and is an Environmental Wellness facilitator at Engage Life. She believes that everyone has the right to a balanced work and personal life and wants to ensure that every individual has the opportunity to exercise that right.
